As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team of 8 to help us reach new heights.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Procurement Executive who will handle inquiries generated from IndiaMART and manage purchasing duties. The ideal candidate should have excellent people skills, strong communication abilities, sharp analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel for reporting and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage inquiries from IndiaMART.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage procurement activities, including vendor communication and inventory management.
  • Prepare and maintain sales and purchase reports using Excel.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or procurement roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant work experience in E-commerce or related industries is a plus.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
