Goodwill Tech is an E-commerce startup specializing in Office Stationery and Home and Kitchen accessories. We are active on multiple marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and IndiaMART. As we expand, we are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team of 8 to help us reach new heights.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to and manage inquiries from IndiaMART.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage procurement activities, including vendor communication and inventory management.
- Prepare and maintain sales and purchase reports using Excel.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to grow the business.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or procurement roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant work experience in E-commerce or related industries is a plus.

**Compensation**:

- Salary: ₹8,000 - ₹10,000 per month (negotiable based on experience and performance).
- Opportunity for appraisals and growth based on performance.
