**Required - Ceramic Sales Representative**

**Location: Surat, Valsad**

**Industry
- Ceramic Industry**

**Must have Proven 1-3 years of experience in Tiles, Ceramic, and Construction Industry**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the tiles and ceramic industry.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to clients on product selection, installation, and maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to the sales manager.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and expand the client base.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience in the tiles, ceramic, and construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Valid driver’s license.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
