Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing Field Executive who can generate leads through site visits, maintain relationships with society managers, builders, and industry professionals, and create new business opportunities for our interior and architectural services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit new and ongoing residential/commercial sites regularly to identify potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with society managers, builders, contractors, architects, and real estate agents.
- Generate and qualify leads from field visits and local networking.
- Promote Shape Design Studio's services and explain our offerings to potential clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for client meetings and project discussions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth communication with prospective leads.
- Submit daily/weekly reports on leads generated and visits made.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and good at building professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and willing to travel within the city.
- Experience in interiors, construction, or real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Attractive incentives on closures.
- Benefits: Travel allowance, performance bonuses, growth opportunities.

Pay: ₹10, ₹37,118.54 per month
