Over the past year, we've disbursed loans worth millions of dollars in loans to thousands of businesses. In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital).

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Associate – Performance Marketing (Ad Operations) to join our Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for campaign operations, reporting, insight generation, and other day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth execution of our marketing activities. The role requires someone who is good with numbers, logical in problem solving, and proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign execution and daily operations across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
    Monitor performance, optimize delivery, and maintain campaign hygiene.

    Prepare and maintain accurate reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

    Analyze data to generate insights and recommend improvements.

    Conduct keyword research and performance tracking to support marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign setup, creatives update and reporting.
What We're Looking For

0–1 year of experience in digital marketing (internship/projects/courses preferred).

Strong analytical skills with solid command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

Ability to think logically and approach problems systematically.

Comfort with numbers, reporting, and data analysis.

Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and SEO fundamentals.

Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications.

  • Hands-on exposure to analytics or reporting tools (GA4, Tableau, etc.).
