tal. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in visual communication, digital design, and branding. You will work closely with senior designers and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual assets that elevate brand identity and digital experiences. This role is ideal for a designer eager to learn, experiment, and grow in a dynamic creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Execution

  • Create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Translate briefs into creative concepts, layouts, and final deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and attention to detail across all materials.
  • Support senior designers in executing campaigns, branding projects, and UI/UX des
    i
    gns.

Collaboration & Learning

  • Work closely with the content, marketing, and technology teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and design perspectives.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance your creative skills.

Project Support

  • Assist in multiple ongoing design projects, ensuring timely and quality output.
  • Prepare mockups, presentations, and visual assets for client reviews and internal meetings
  • Manage feedback constructively and make revisions to improve final outputs.

Quality & Standards

  • Maintain high design standards and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to established brand systems and design processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of creative workflows and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design thinking in branding, UI/UX, or digital compaigns
  • Proficiency in design tools
    such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
    In
    Desig
    n), Fi
    gma, and Afte
    r Effects(a plus).
  • Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and basic user-centered design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's
    degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Com
    munication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of
    experience in digital design, branding, or creative agencies
  • Experience collaborating in multidisciplinary teams and working on multiple design projects.
