In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via Razorpay X) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via Razorpay Capital). About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Associate – Performance Marketing (Ad Operations) to join our Performance Marketing team. You will be responsible for campaign operations, reporting, insight generation, and other day-to-day tasks that ensure smooth execution of our marketing activities. The role requires someone who is good with numbers, logical in problem solving, and proficient in Excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage campaign execution and daily operations across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.

  • Monitor performance, optimize delivery, and maintain campaign hygiene.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

  • Analyze data to generate insights and recommend improvements.

  • Conduct keyword research and performance tracking to support marketing initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaign setup, creatives update and reporting.

What We're Looking For
  • 0–1 year of experience in digital marketing (internship/projects/courses preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills with solid command of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Ability to think logically and approach problems systematically.

  • Comfort with numbers, reporting, and data analysis.

  • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms and SEO fundamentals.

  • Detail-oriented, process-driven, and eager to learn.

  • Good communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have
  • Google Ads / Meta Ads certifications.

  • Hands-on exposure to analytics or reporting tools (GA4, Tableau, etc.).
