Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Marketplace - Sr. Associate at Confluencr. The responsibilities include managing and growing the influencer network, coordinating influencer collaborations and campaigns, maintaining effective client and partner relationships, tracking campaign metrics, and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met. Additionally, the role may involve conducting market research, sourcing new influencers, and offering insights to optimize campaign performance. Qualifications Strong skills in influencer outreach, relationship management, and campaign coordinationProficiency in using data analytics to monitor and optimize campaign performanceExperience in digital marketing, social media platforms, and the influencer industryEffective communication and negotiation skills to liaise with influencers and clientsStrong organizational and project management skills to oversee campaigns and meet deadlinesProficiency in tools related to influencer marketing, CRM platforms, and analytics softwareBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExperience in influencer marketing or a digital marketing agency is a strong advantageAbility to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work both independently and collaboratively
