With over $10.4M raised from marquee investors like Kalaari Capital, DSG Consumer Partners, and Beenext, the company is rapidly scaling its presence in the skincare and haircare segments with high-performing products driven by research and efficacy.Job Title: Senior Manager-MarketplaceLocation: BangaloreExperience Required: 3 to 8 years of experience in marketplace management, preferably within consumer brands, D2C, or beauty/personal care industriesEducational Qualification: B.Tech /MBA / Other Bachelor's or Master’s DegreePreferred Background: Candidates from reputed/pedigree institutesAbout the role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager-Marketplace to drive revenue growth across leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, as well as quick commerce platforms like Swiggy, Zomato, and Instamart. The role entails end-to-end ownership of product listings, catalog management, SEO, and performance marketing to optimize visibility and sales. The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and leadership skills. Responsibilities include market research, team management, performance reporting, and relationship building with key stakeholders.Responsibilities:1. Marketplace Strategy & GrowthOwn the P&L for marketplace channelsDevelop and implement growth strategies across platformsIdentify new marketplace opportunities and launch plans2. Account ManagementAct as the key liaison with platform account managers (Meesho, Nykaa, Blinkit, Swiggy, etc.)Negotiate visibility, promotions, and ad placementsBuild strong partner relationships for sustained growth3. Sales & Performance TrackingMonitor daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and targetsTrack KPIs like conversion rates, traffic, AOV, ROASOptimize listings, pricing, and inventory to drive performance4. Marketing & PromotionsPlan and execute campaigns during sales events (Big Billion Day, Prime Day, etc.)Coordinate with internal marketing teams on creatives and contentOversee ad campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart PLA, etc.)5. Inventory & OperationsCoordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure stock availabilityMinimize returns, cancellations, and stock-outsTrack fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, smart logistics, etc.)6. Catalog & Content OptimizationEnsure product listings are SEO-optimized, with compelling content and accurate dataLead A/B testing for product pages, images, and descriptions7.
