Marketplace Operations – Senior Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end product listings, catalog content, and backend seller panels on Amazon,
Flipkart, and similar platforms.
• Oversee daily order processing, coordinate timely inventory dispatches, and monitor logistics to
ensure stock availability and order fulfillment.
• Optimize product content for search visibility and sales conversion using advanced SEO strategies
and regular updates to price, specifications, and inventory.
• Implement and analyze advertising campaigns leveraging AMS, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads
to maximize ROI across platforms.
• Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth, improve
ranking
• Generate regular performance, reconciliation, and P&L reports for data-driven strategic decision
making
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance, and Category
Managers) to streamline processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Oversee promotional campaigns, deals, coupon strategies, and A+ content optimization for product
detail pages.
Qualifications & Skills
• 3+ years' experience in e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
• Strong analytical, catalog management, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of in platform advertising tools is a plus
