Experience: 1+ year in performance marketing/digital marketing

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Research and implement new strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.
  • Generate performance reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
  • Experience in managing campaign budgets and optimizing for conversions.
  • Good understanding of audience targeting, bidding strategies, and retargeting.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
