We are looking for a hands-on and curious
Performance Marketing Associate
to be a key player in our growth engine. This is an incredible opportunity to learn from the best, work with significant advertising budgets, and deepen your expertise in Meta advertising.

You will support our Performance Marketing team in executing, managing, and optimizing campaigns that drive real-world results. If you are passionate about data, eager to learn, and love seeing your work turn into tangible outcomes, this role is for you.

Your Impact:

  • Support & Execute:
    You will assist in the day-to-day setup, management, and monitoring of our Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
  • Monitor & Optimize:
    You will help track and optimize campaigns to improve key performance metrics like CPL, CTR, and ROAS under the guidance of the performance lead.
  • Assist with Budget Management:
    You will support the team in pacing daily and weekly budgets, ensuring campaigns stay on track and within allocation.
  • Contribute to Testing:
    You will assist in setting up A/B tests for creatives, ad copy, and targeting, and will help gather and organize test results for analysis.
  • Report & Analyze:
    You will be responsible for pulling daily and weekly performance reports, helping to analyze data to find trends and share insights with the team.

What We're Looking For (The Essentials):

  • Hands-On Meta Ads Skill:
    You have a proven, practical ability to run good Meta ads. You know your way around Ads Manager and can confidently set up, manage, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience:
    You have
    6 months to 2 years
    of direct, hands-on experience in performance marketing.
  • Intellectual Curiosity:
    You have a genuine passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and become an expert, especially in the Meta ads ecosystem. You're always asking "why" and looking for ways to improve.
  • Data-Curious & Proficient:
    You are comfortable in Ads Manager and proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for reporting. Familiarity with Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Collaborative Spirit:
    You work well in a team environment, can take direction, are a clear communicator, and are highly organized.
  • Availability:
    You are an
    immediate joiner
    or can join with a very short notice period.
