About the role

Were looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our User Growth team.

The role involves managing and optimizing paid campaigns across channels like Google, Meta.

Youll be responsible for driving user acquisition, improving ROAS, and scaling budgets efficiently.

The work includes deep analysis of campaign data, identifying growth opportunities, and running experiments.

If you love numbers, growth, and making every ad spend count, this role is for you.

What you will do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta networks.
  • Track and analyze key metrics (CPI, CAC, ROAS, CTR) to ensure efficient acquisition.
  • Run experiments on creatives, audiences, and funnels to improve conversions.
  • Work closely with design, product, and analytics teams to align campaigns with growth targets.
  • Identify, test, and scale new channels or strategies to drive user growth.
  • Some additional non performance marketing related responsibilities are also expected from the Associate.

What you will need

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or consumer apps.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate marketing platforms.
  • Solid understanding of key growth metrics like CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to test, learn, and scale campaigns quickly.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
