We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer queries, maintain customer data, ensure timely follow-ups, and support sales/service teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer calls, follow-ups & query resolution
- Maintain CRM database & update customer records
- Coordinate with sales/service teams for issue closure
- Track leads, feedback & customer satisfaction
- Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports
- Ensure timely communication with customers
- Handle escalations professionally
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
