Job Description:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system
- Follow company policies and customer service guidelines
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution
- Coordinate with internal teams when required
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in shifts (if applicable)
