Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Customer Care Expert who can handle customer queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, calls, and social media
  • Resolve complaints, order issues, and product-related questions in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) for issue resolution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and brand-aligned communication
  • Handle sensitive conversations with discretion and empathy
  • Follow defined customer support SOPs and quality standards

Requirements & Skills

  • Prior experience in customer support / customer care (preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, emails, and chat platforms
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • Empathetic, patient, and customer-first mindset
