We are looking for an experienced and proactive Product Technology Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring for core technical roles across engineering and product verticals. The role is critical to building a high- caliber, tech-savvy workforce that can keep up with our product velocity and innovation goals.

The ideal candidate understands both the technical landscape and talent market and can work closely with hiring managers to create a seamless, human-centric hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities -

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Drive full-cycle recruitment for Product & Engineering roles including Android, iOS, Backend, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build sourcing strategies aligned to team goals and product priorities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.

Candidate Experience & Assessment

  • Screen candidates for technical aptitude, product mindset, and team fit.
  • Leverage tools like HackerRank, Codility, or custom assessments to validate technical

Skills:

  • Ensure timely communication, transparency, and feedback at every stage of the hiring process.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a trusted hiring advisor to functional heads and product leads.
  • Provide market insights, data-driven updates, and hiring forecasts regularly.
  • Collaborate with the People Ops team on onboarding, documentation, and policy alignment.

Employer Branding & Talent Engagement

  • Support employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, and community platforms.
  • Represent Omaza at career fairs, hiring events, and virtual hackathons to attract top talent.
  • Promote internal referrals and drive hiring campaigns.
