Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Representative Officer located in Raurkela. The Customer Representative Officer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing superior customer support, and managing customer service interactions. Daily tasks include resolving customer queries, addressing customer concerns, and improving the overall customer experience. By working closely with customers, you will contribute to building long-lasting relationships and enhancing customer loyalty.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Experience, and Customer Service
  • Proficient in Communication and Customer Support
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in financial services or microfinance is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
