We are looking for a
Sales Engineer-Residential Projects
to lead and expand our
Residential Solar Projects
across the North-East under Govt. Subsidy and Non-Subsidy Schemes. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing client interactions, coordinating project execution and ensuring smooth delivery from proposal to payment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate leads for residential rooftop solar projects through field visits, partner networks, and digital inquiries
Understand customer requirements, conduct site assessments, and prepare technical-commercial proposals
Coordinate with the Project Manager and execution team to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction
Manage documentation for MNRE/DISCOM subsidy schemes and assist customers with application processes
Follow up on project payments, ensuring timely collection as per agreed milestones
Maintain regular client communication and report project progress to the management team
Use Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Calendar, Meet) for daily task coordination and reporting
Be ready to travel or relocate across any part of North-East India as per project requirements
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering
3–5 years of experience in
Solar Sales or Project Execution
, preferably in residential or rooftop solar projects
Familiarity with
solar design tools
(Helioscope, SolarDesignTool, PVSOL, etc.)
Strong understanding of
MNRE, DISCOM & Net Metering
processes
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills
Compensation
As per industry standards –
Negotiable
based on experience and skillset
