Primary Responsibilities (what are the main objectives of the role)To design the Revit/ BIM delivery system for Edifice To create content To ensure organization -wide transition into Revit/ implementation of BIM and related technologyTo ensure efficienciesRole Description -– Roles to be performed to fulfill the above responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Stipulating the coordination and delivery process for projects in Revit.Create Revit drawing, modelling and printing standards and standard templatesIdentify and formalize Specifics of stage wise Deliverables from Consultants and Vendors and standards for the sameCreate Families of architectural and interior elements common across verticals to the greatest extent, and Vertical specific families where requiredStudy the design documentation process and introduce elements and scripting to the greatest possible extent to eliminate repetitive tasks and render them error free. Ensure BIM implementation across verticals including identification of suitable projects to start with, impart awareness session on company BIM standards, help create BEP, handhold, supervise as may be required.Auditing of ongoing project for adherence to BIM standards and efficiency.Estimation of the ideal resourcing to be deployed into a mainstream project in each vertical based.Continually assess BIM capabilities role -wise, and structure, render and subsequently oversee training of the studio team to Revit/ BIMResearch/ Identify, implement new technologies and processes to ensure relevance and efficiency from time to time.
