Purchase & Store Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth stock management, maintain records, and support the team in meeting operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage inventory levels, stock inward/outward, and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of bakery products.
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage.
- Generate purchase requisitions and track orders.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance as per company standards.
- Support the finance and accounts team with stock-related data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in store/inventory management (preferably in food or FMCG industry).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹19,000.00 per month
