We require Qualified and Experienced Store personnel with more than 7 **years** of work experience in **High Rise Building** Construction and Civil Project Management and Should have independently handled large value of Construction Sites.

**Job description**
- Timely Processing Indents and arrange Materials.
- Receiving all incoming material from the suppliers and other units of the organisation.
- Preparing GRN and all store related reports & documents.
- Issue the material to sub-contractor.
- Co-ordination with departments and vendors for timely delivery the materials.
- Organised proper identification location and display of material stacking.
- Compare, Analysis and Negotiate the Purchase Price within the budget.
- Timely Processing the Suppliers Bills for payments and monthly reconciliation.
- MIS preparation and documentation.
- Effective maintenance of Stores, Records/Registers regular updating the data in system
