Job Title: Store In-Charge Location: Odisha
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely updating of material receipts, issues, and returns in the system.
- Material Handling & Storage:
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for material usage.
- Material Receipt & Issue:
- Verify quantity and quality of materials received against delivery challans and purchase orders.
- Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain issue records.
- Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for timely material availability.
- Documentation & Record Keeping:
- Maintain all stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and project reports.
- Keep digital and physical records updated and accessible.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and accounts departments regarding stock status.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
- Highlight material shortages, excesses, or discrepancies immediately.
- Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with company safety policies.
- Maintain proper fire safety equipment and ensure materials are stored as per safety standards.
- Vendor & Transport Coordination:
- Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material deliveries.
- Verify delivery documents and assist in resolving discrepancies or damage claims.
- Mobility Requirement:
- The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for site and local material coordination purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
