Job Title: Store In-Charge Location: Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
• Conduct regular stock verification and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely updating of material receipts, issues, and returns in the system.
• Material Handling & Storage:
• Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of materials.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness in the store area.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) for material usage.
• Material Receipt & Issue:
• Verify quantity and quality of materials received against delivery challans and purchase orders.
• Issue materials as per approved requisitions and maintain issue records.
• Coordinate with the procurement and site teams for timely material availability.
• Documentation & Record Keeping:
• Maintain all stock registers, GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), issue slips, and related documents.
• Ensure proper documentation for audits and project reports.
• Keep digital and physical records updated and accessible.
• Coordination & Reporting:
• Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and accounts departments regarding stock status.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
• Highlight material shortages, excesses, or discrepancies immediately.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Ensure safe handling of materials and compliance with company safety policies.
• Maintain proper fire safety equipment and ensure materials are stored as per safety standards.
• Vendor & Transport Coordination:
• Coordinate with vendors and transporters for material deliveries.
• Verify delivery documents and assist in resolving discrepancies or damage claims.
• Mobility Requirement:
• The candidate must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler for site and local material coordination purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
