Specific Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- **Overseeing Daily Operations**:Ensuring the store runs smoothly, including opening and closing procedures, managing staff schedules, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- **Managing and Supervising Staff**:Hiring, training, and mentoring staff, delegating tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, receiving and storing goods, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- **Financial Management**:Managing cash handling, preparing reports, and potentially managing store budgets.
- **Compliance**:Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations and other relevant guidelines.
- **Communication and Coordination**:Effectively communicating with staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- **Promotional Activities**:Implementing promotional activities and designs to drive store traffic and sales.
- **Reporting**:Preparing regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
