Director of Aftermarket Supply Chain

Job Description:

What You'll Do: As Director of Aftermarket Supply Chain, you will lead the global aftermarket planning and fulfillment team. You'll manage a team of planners and own the end-to-end planning cycle across demand planning, inventory, fulfillment, reverse fulfillment, and scrap management. This role requires a proven leader who can drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and partner cross-functionally to deliver on commitments. You'll also be accountable for leading reviews with internal stakeholders and developing talent within your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of planners, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.

• Develop and run demand planning for aftermarket channels leveraging statistical and consensus-based models.

• Develop and execute inventory planning strategies for global warehouses to maintain service levels and optimize working capital.

• Manage fulfillment planning, including order allocation and delivery tracking to meet customer commitments.

• Oversee reverse fulfillment processes, including RMAs, material diversions, and returns management.

• Direct global scrap management programs, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and sustainability.

• Drive operational performance reviews:

• • Monthly internal business reviews focused on core metrics.

  • Quarterly business reviews with internal customers to present performance, collect feedback, and align priorities.

• Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, finance, and customer success teams to drive continuous improvement and resolve escalations.

• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 8 years in leadership roles.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

• Experience living internationally.

• 10+ years' experience in aftermarket, service, or spare parts supply chain.

• Experience developing and sustaining a global strategy for

• Deep expertise in demand planning, inventory management, fulfillment, and reverse logistics.

• Familiarity with global distribution operations and multi-regional planning.

• Proficiency with enterprise planning systems (ERP, CRP, TMS) and advanced analytics tools.

• Demonstrated experience leading performance reviews and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
