Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in Supply Chain Management, based in Hyderabad. The role involves managing procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and logistics operations to ensure seamless flow across the supply chain. The ideal candidate will monitor supply chain performance, ensure cost optimization, and identify improvement opportunities to increase efficiency. The Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery of products and services while adhering to company goals and operational standards.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Procurement planning, Vendor Management, and Supplier Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Inventory Management and Demand Forecasting
  • Strong understanding of Logistics, Distribution, and Supply Chain Optimization
  • Data Analysis and Problem-Solving skills with a focus on improving operational efficiency
  • Effective Communication, Negotiation, and Team Collaboration abilities
  • Knowledge of agribusiness and agrochemical products is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is required
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or a similar role
