Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end supply activities (production, packaging, labeling, warehousing, transportation, distribution for clinical trials).
  • Act as unit representative in project teams, ensuring deliverables are met.
  • Interpret results, evaluate data, draw conclusions, and report findings.
  • Coordinate with internal & external stakeholders, vendors, and customers.
  • Drive project execution to achieve key milestones, quality, and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP/cGMP, ICH, GCP, HSE, and company standards.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide technical training to associates globally.
  • Contribute to lessons-learned sessions and implement process improvements.
  • Act as process owner, accountable for improvement and sustainability.
  • Consolidate data evaluations, propose solutions, and contribute to risk mitigation.
  • Manage minor budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize resources.
  • Support cultural evolution, positive work ethics, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Write and review SOPs related to supply chain processes.
  • Report technical complaints/adverse events within 24 hours.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 34 years of experience in Supply Chain / Pharma / Clinical Trial Supply Management.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability in project management and operations execution.
  • Skilled in supply chain planning, production planning, and warehouse systems (WMS).
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries and manage stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving, data interpretation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities with ability to mentor junior associates.
