About the Role

We're looking for someone with a strong sense of spoken communication and an ear for detail. In this role, you'll help train and improve our AI for voice-based conversations. You'll work with our product and AI teams to make sure the AI understands tone, clarity, and natural flow the way people do.

What You'll Do

  • Listen to and evaluate voice samples for tone, clarity, and conversational quality.
  • Help design and record voice scripts used for AI training.
  • Give feedback on how the AI sounds in different situations and suggest improvements.
  • Work with internal teams to build consistent and natural-sounding voice responses.
  • Support the creation of guidelines on how the AI should sound — friendly, confident, professional, etc.

What You'll Need

  • Excellent spoken English and clear communication skills.
  • Strong attention to tone, expression, and pronunciation.
  • Experience in communication, speech training, teaching, or customer interaction roles is a plus.
  • Curiosity about AI and how people interact with technology.
  • Ability to give clear feedback and work with cross-functional teams.
