KKey Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by visiting potential clients in the field.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and attend local networking events to generate leads.
  • Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers in person.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and field visits.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly field sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, client feedback, and sales activity using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly on-site.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
  • MBA in Marketing (preferred)

Experience:

  • 13 years of experience in field sales or business development
  • Candidates with B.E. (Mechanical) and 1 year of experience, or B.E. (Mechanical) + MBA in Marketing are encouraged to apply
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools

Preferred candidate profile :

Experience: Minimum 6 months in the Sales domain, with proven understanding of market trends and customer engagement.

Educational Background: Diploma, ITI, or Graduate degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and MBA Marketing.

Sales Acumen: Strong grasp of sales strategies and market behavior.
