As the Global Head of Treasury for iLink, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of treasury functions across the various entities within the organization. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in treasury management, financial risk assessment, and international financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global treasury strategies aligned with the company's overall financial objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize the company's capital structure, ensuring efficient use of financial resources.
  • Manage daily cash flow, ensuring liquidity needs are met across different entities and regions.
  • Implement cash forecasting models to support operational requirements and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
  • Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the company's financial position.
  • Oversee debt financing activities, including negotiations, documentation, and compliance.
  • Evaluate capital market opportunities and make recommendations for fundraising activities.
  • Manage relationships with financial institutions, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
  • Stay informed about banking products, services, and industry trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to treasury operations.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to executive leadership and board of directors.
  • Develop and implement investment policies to optimize returns on surplus funds.
  • Monitor and assess investment portfolios in alignment with risk tolerance and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on treasury-related aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
  • Conduct due diligence on financial aspects of potential transactions.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing treasury team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting professional development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CTP certification is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior treasury role within a multinational corporation, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of global financial markets, treasury systems, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to treasury operations.
