The Luxury Experiential Travel arm curates:

• Tailor-made itineraries to the world's most special and remote destinations
• High-end journeys integrating

  Founder & CEO
• Team Size:
  Leads a team of
  6–7 senior travel designers/curators
• Geographic Exposure:
  Global – India, Middle East, Asia, and international UHNI clients
• Compensation Band:
  ₹25 – 45 LPA
  , based on relevant experience, interview performance & last drawn compensation (inclusive of fixed & variable compensation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to head the bespoke travel design function of our client. This is a
travel leadership role
for a
Chief Travel Curator
who will
design and curate bespoke journeys for UHNI clients
, weaving together:

• The most
  unique and exclusive accommodations
• Curated local experiences and rare access
• Deep cultural immersion, adventure, and impact-driven elements

You will be the
custodian of "once-in-a-lifetime" journeys
– from ideation to final execution – and will work closely with the
Founder & CEO
to build out the luxury experiential travel practice.

The role demands someone who combines:

• Sharp luxury travel knowledge
• UHNI client understanding
• Strong DMC / partner networks
  , and
• The ability to
  lead and inspire a team
  of talented travel designers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Luxury Travel Design & Curation

• Collaborate directly with
  UHNI clients and their families/representatives
  to deeply understand their travel aspirations, preferences, and constraints.
• Design
  highly personalized itineraries
  that may include:
• Private villas, luxury hotels, and exclusive retreats
• Remote, rare, and "bucket list" destinations
• Curated experiences that blend culture, gastronomy, adventure, wellness, philanthropy, and access
• Integrate
  sports, adventure, and experiential elements
  where relevant, ensuring each journey feels unique, meaningful, and meticulously curated.

2. UHNI Client Advisory & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a
  trusted travel advisor
  to UHNI clients, entrepreneurs, CXOs, and global families.
• Guide clients on
  best seasons, access windows, invitation-only experiences, safety, logistics, and value
  .
• Maintain high standards of
  discretion, confidentiality, and white-glove service
  .

3. Partner & DMC Network Management

• Leverage and expand
  relationships with global DMCs, luxury hotels, villas, cruise partners, and niche experience providers
  .
• Continuously scout
  new, futuristic, and rare experiences
  that are not easily accessible to the public.
• Negotiate preferential arrangements and ensure
  superior on-ground service
  for clients.

4. Trendspotting & Product Innovation

• Stay ahead of
  global luxury travel trends
  , sustainability and impact travel, experiential formats, and emerging destinations.
• Translate insights into
  new product concepts
  and
  signature journeys
  for the brand.
• Collaborate with marketing / brand teams to craft compelling narratives around these journeys.

5. Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Lead and manage a team of
  6–7 travel designers/curators
  .
• Set standards for
  research, itinerary quality, client communication, and documentation
  .
• Coach the team on
  UHNI expectations, luxury brand behaviour, and global destination knowledge
  .
• Foster a culture of
  creativity, excellence, and obsession with detail.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• Education:
  Bachelor's degree required; a Master's in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or Luxury Management is an added advantage.

Professional Background:

Candidate should have
previously held one or more
of the following:

1. Entrepreneur / Founder
   of a travel startup or boutique travel firm
2. Leadership role
   at a reputable
   luxury experiential travel firm

3. Senior travel designer/curator
   from any of the following types of firms (illustrative examples):

4. Global luxury travel designers

5. Lifestyle concierge / UHNI membership platforms
6. High-end adventure / expedition travel brands
7. UHNI-focused travel desks of premium financial or card networks

Experience & Skills:

• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the
  luxury travel domain
• Demonstrated ability to
  design dream itineraries
  and manage demanding UHNI expectations
• Established relations with
  travel partners and DMCs
• Strong track record in
  stakeholder management, specifically UHNI clients
• Ability to
  research luxury travel trends, destinations, and experiences
  and provide clients with the best guidance
• Access to or ability to unlock
  truly unique and rare experiences
  that are not available to the general public
• Prior experience in
  leading and managing a team
  (5–7 members or more)
• High standard of
  communication, grooming, and presentation
  – comfortable dealing with very affluent, well-travelled clients
• Obsession with
  detail, quality, and client delight
• A genuine
  passion for global travel and new frontiers
  (e.g. polar, space/stratosphere, remote wilderness, etc.)
