  Mumbai (with global coordination across Dubai & Singapore)
• Reporting to:
  Founder & CEO

  Offices in India, UAE, Southeast Asia
• Compensation Band:
  25 – 45 LPA (based on relevant experience, interview performance & last drawn compensation)

Position Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to head the bespoke travel design function of our client. This role requires deep expertise in
UHNI luxury travel curation
and the ability to deliver rare, high-impact experiences across the world.

As
Head – Bespoke Travel Experiences
, you will directly oversee a team of senior travel designers, manage global partner networks, and work closely with the CEO to shape the company's future direction in the ultra-luxury experiential travel market.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Lead the bespoke travel design practice, ensuring every journey exceeds UHNI client expectations.
• Identify and integrate cutting-edge travel trends, unique destinations, and rare experiences.
• Develop new partnerships with global DMCs, luxury hotels, and niche experience providers.

Journey Design & Client Engagement

• Collaborate with UHNI clients to design
  personalized itineraries
  featuring private villas, luxury resorts, exclusive excursions, and cultural immersions.
• Ensure end-to-end flawless delivery of high-touch experiences.
• Provide expert consultation and guidance to clients on destinations and trends.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Build and sustain relationships with global travel partners, luxury brands, and experience providers.
• Represent the company with credibility and discretion in all UHNI client interactions.

Team Leadership

• Lead, inspire, and develop a team of 6–7 high-performing travel designers.
• Foster innovation, creativity, and client-first thinking across the team.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

• 12–18 years of leadership experience in luxury travel, experiential hospitality, or bespoke journey design.
• Prior experience handling UHNI/UHNWI clients is essential.
• Deep network of travel partners and luxury DMCs globally.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building ability.
• Proven track record of delivering "once-in-a-lifetime" travel experiences.
