Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in wooden f looring, wallpaper, and PVC product sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing channel partners and appointing distributors across Pan India, with special focus on North-East and West India.
Key Responsibilities:
• Channel Development: Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners and distributors across India.
• Pan-India Expansion: Strategize and implement sales plans to expand the companys footprint across the country, with focused efforts in North-East and West India.
• Distributor Network: Build and maintain a robust distributor network for seamless product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Sales Targets: Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through efficient territory management and channel engagement.
• Product Promotion: Conduct product presentations, training, and demonstrations to partners and distributors.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with channel partners and key clients.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Candidate Requirements:
• Experience: 78 years of proven sales experience in wooden flooring, wallpaper, or PVC related products.
• Network: Existing contacts or network in the interior building materials or home decor sector will be a strong advantage.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
o Strategic thinking with a focus on execution.
Location Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively across India.
Education:
• Graduate in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
• MBA/PGDM is a plus but not mandatory.
