Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Controller to join our growing

team. This is a senior-level role designed for professionals with 2-5 years of post-qualification

experience in financial control, reporting, and compliance. The role will work

closely with the CFO to drive financial discipline, ensure regulatory compliance, and support

strategic initiatives across the organization

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual

financial statements as per Indian Accounting Standards.

  • Manage end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger, accounts

payable/receivable, and reconciliations.

  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Support the CFO in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  • Monitor actual vs. budget performance and analyze variances.
  • Oversee statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, income tax, and

Companies Act.

  • Liaise with auditors during statutory, internal, and tax audits, and ensure

timely closure of audit requirements.

  • Strengthen internal financial controls and implement process improvements

across finance functions.

  • Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support treasury operations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations

and data accuracy.

  • Generate MIS reports and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory

requirements.

Education Qualifications

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 2-5 years of relevant post-qualification

experience.

  • Strong understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, direct & indirect

taxation, and corporate laws.

  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.) and advanced Excel

skills.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple
