, and we aim to streamline its supply chain through digital innovation and strong on-ground partnerships.

    pilot projects
    in three key textile clusters,
    Surat

    (Silk Yarn Manufacturing) &

    in-house technology platform
    to support nationwide expansion.

We're Looking for:

Someone who has previously left a job to pursue their own venture or is looking to gain full exposure to building a startup from the ground up. (most important)

  • 2+ years of experience
    in product, growth or sales.
  • B.Tech graduate
    (preferred)
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and execution skills.
  • Basic knowledge of the textile industry

About the role:

  • Build the product pipeline from day zero
    — identify new categories, launch products, and balance supply and demand.
  • Work closely with the founder to develop scalable systems and processes.
  • Lead
    operations, vendor onboarding, and cluster expansion
    initiatives.
  • Collaborate on
    go-to-market strategies
    and execute growth plans.
  • Brainstorm solutions to reduce operational risks
    and drive efficiency.
