- Job Overview. We are seeking a mid-level Human Resource Manager with 4 to 6 years of work experience for a full-time position at our Delhi headquarters. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in employee relations, recruitment, and performance management. This role provides the opportunity to lead projects independently.
- Qualifications And Skills. Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) Proven ability to manage and improve employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill) Extensive experience in recruiting across various levels and industries, ensuring the right talent fit for the organization.
- Performance Management (Mandatory skill) Strong expertise in performance management practices to drive employee engagement and productivity.
- Training and Development Skilled in designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- HR Compliance Thorough knowledge of HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
- Conflict Resolution Ability to address and resolve workplace conflicts efficiently, maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- Strategic Planning Capability to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
- Communication Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with all organizational levels.
