6 Job Description
• Acquire new Demat and Trading accounts with a minimum margin per account.
• Retaining the old clients by periodic meetings.
• Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
• Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
• Creation of revenue & Activation of clients through effective Advisory.
• Cross selling of other products like Equity Basket, SIP, Mutual fund, PMS, Bonds, Insurance.
• Handling Queries & complains of client's & solving it within TAT.
• Profiling clients by conducting in depth review of client's financial requirements, analysing information & recommending portfolios
Cluster manager in Chola Securities could refer to a managerial position responsible for overseeing a cluster of branches within the organization. This role may involve managing a team of Key account managers, setting sales targets, monitoring performance, implementing strategies to achieve business goals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support and guidance to the branches within the assigned cluster. List of Products : Broking, AUM based products, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Unlisted, Insurance.

• Primarily responsible for managing the cluster and also responsible for generating revenue across all products (trading, investing, TPP) and business development, through unbiased, providing high-quality investments advisory to HNI or Retail Clients.
• Building the team- Motivating, mentoring and guiding the team. Creating the business plan and help the team to achieve it.
• To acquire and build relations with HNI, Retail and corporate customers.
• To provide end to end service relations to existing customers relationship on a proactive manner.
• To educate all segments of customers with various investments avenues available and to provide high quality advise to them on their assets allocation.
• To develop new customer & business relationships for the company. Service and manage existing relationships. A combination of which leads to greater revenue generation, profitability, customer goodwill and market visibility.
PCG Sales -
• Achieve revenue targets
• Acquire new accounts per annum with a minimum margin per account.
• Actively prospect and engage in client acquisition efforts to grow the business.
• Build deep relationships with clients, identify their investment goals, and offer solutions that best match their needs.
• Perform regular portfolio reviews to ensure client investment objectives are met.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to the team's success by sharing experiences and client feedback.
• Maintain a high-level of product knowledge and stay informed with industry trends and changes.
