What You'll Do:

  • Grow and manage TUS's social media presence: LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Transform long-form YouTube content into viral posts, carousels, and reels.
  • Analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and strategies to keep TUS at the cutting edge of solopreneur content.
  • Collaborate with the founder to craft content that drives results and builds community.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Passion for startups, solopreneurship, and digital marketing.
  • Strong, crisp writing skills- able to create content that stops the scroll.
  • Creative self-starter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Basic familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or video editing tools.
  • Prior experience growing a social media account or startup brand.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn growth hacks and viral content strategies.
