Your Role

As a Travel Agent, you'll be the go-to expert for designing tailor-made travel experiences. You'll work directly with clients to plan every detail — flights, hotels, tours, and hidden gems — while ensuring each trip runs smoothly from start to finish.

What You'll Do

  • Create customized travel itineraries and vacation packages for individuals and groups
  • Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, and local experiences
  • Handle bookings for flights, hotels, transport, and tours using travel software
  • Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and promotional offers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships
  • Meet (and exceed) monthly sales and satisfaction targets

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in travel/tourism or a strong passion for travel
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with booking systems and online research tools
  • Attention to detail and a flair for creativity in trip planning
