Office Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, rental cars, etc.) for employees or clients.
- Research and provide information on travel destinations, including visas, health requirements, and local customs.
- Coordinate itineraries, travel schedules, and appointments, ensuring they align with company policies and traveler preferences.
- Communicate with vendors (airlines, hotels, car rental agencies) to confirm bookings and resolve any travel-related issues.
- Process travel reimbursements, expense reports, and ensure all necessary documentation is in order.
- Monitor travel budgets, looking for cost-effective travel options without compromising on comfort or quality.
- Provide real-time assistance during travel, addressing any changes or emergencies.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a travel assistant, travel agent, or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using travel booking platforms
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
