Job Title: Associate Director Program/ Project Management (GI Background)

Location: Thane (Work From Office)

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Director with a General Insurance (GI) background and strong technical understanding (preferably in .NET technologies). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a solid grasp of program governance, production support, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex programs across Insurance/General Insurance domain.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and clients.
  • Oversee and ensure robust Program Governance tracking milestones, budgets, risks, and KPIs.
  • Handle a production support environment ensuring SLAs, incident resolution, and system stability.
  • Drive status reporting, executive dashboards, and governance documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams (preferably .NET) to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  • Manage multiple teams at a time and ensure SLAs are being met

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 12+ years in IT program management, with recent experience in a General Insurance (GI) environment.
  • Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycle and .NET technologies preferred.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interfacing with CXOs and senior leadership.
  • Production Support: Experience in managing and improving production support environments.
  • Governance & Reporting: Strong background in program governance, status tracking, risk management, and reporting.
