Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
  • Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to the management team.

Required Skill Set:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools for sales reporting and documentation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet targets.
  • Field marketing experience will be an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and interact with new and existing customers.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
  • High level of self-motivation and strong zeal to expand business in the assigned areas.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong motivation to learn are also encouraged to apply).
