
Business Development Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and clients.
- Conduct field marketing activities to promote company products and increase brand visibility.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and actively contribute to overall business growth.
- Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities, and provide valuable feedback to the management team.
Required Skill Set:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools for sales reporting and documentation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet targets.
- Field marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively and interact with new and existing customers.
- Must possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler.
- High level of self-motivation and strong zeal to expand business in the assigned areas.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (freshers with strong motivation to learn are also encouraged to apply).
