Hiring Legal Manager for an NBFC Company

Job Title: Legal Manager: Non-Litigation (Home Loan/LAP)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 3-6 years post qualification

Qualifications: LLB/LLM

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and vetting various agreements/ loan/ security documents

  • Title search and verification of property/security collateral

  • Due diligence of documents

  • Liaising with external legal counsel on documentation

  • Maintaining templates, standard operating procedures, legal compliance for documentation

Skills:

  • Strong drafting & negotiation skills

  • Good knowledge of property laws, registration, stamp duty, mortgage laws

  • Understanding of NBFC/ banking regulations relating to loan documentation

  • Attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally
