**Opening for Law Graduate** 1. **About the Organization**: "Dhee Legal Advisors" is a leading law firm in Rajasthan, incorporated with aim to bring a positive change in the society by providing economical, viable and practicable solutions of complex legal problems to all stake holders and helping in improving the justice delivery system. 2. **Nature/type/work job**: Legal Associate with experience in Litigation. 3. **Eligibility**: - Language capabilities: Professional proficiency in English and Hindi - Must have experience in handling matters pertaining to Civil Laws/Criminal Laws/Corporate Laws/Service Matters. - Must have knowledge of basic processes required for various fillings etc. - Should be able to liaise with different department of government agencies. - Must be punctual, focused, and committed to the profession. **4. Role and Responsibilities**: - Conducting extensive legal research. - Legal drafting. - Communication Skills - Attending Court proceedings (if need be). - Preparation of Court documents. - Assisting in Court filings. - Understand and keep documents in an organized manner. - Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and transactional documentation - Follow up with directors, lawyers, investors, etc. to get the work done - Writing reports. - Handling the case end to end from drafting to ending clerical work like printing and sending to various stakeholders. - Any other responsibility on a need basis. 5. **Number of Opening**: 1-2 6 **.
