This role is for one of the Weekday s clients Salary range Rs 960000 - Rs 1020000 ie INR 9 6-10 2 LPA Min Experience 1 years Location Jaipur JobType full-time We are looking for a detail-oriented Tax Litigation Associate to manage complex direct tax litigation advisory and compliance matters The role involves working on high-value disputes preparing legal documentation advising clients on tax strategies and assisting with representation before tax authorities and appellate forums Requirements Key Responsibilities Draft and review replies appeals and submissions for tax authorities and tribunals Conduct legal research on case laws amendments and judicial precedents to build strong arguments Represent and assist in matters before AO CIT A ITAT and higher courts Provide timely advisory and consultancy support on direct tax issues Coordinate with clients for appeal filings documentation and compliance requirements Support senior professionals in strategizing litigation and advisory solutions Requirements Chartered Accountant CA or Advocate Law Graduate 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in direct tax litigation and advisory Strong drafting research and analytical abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines What We Offer Exposure to diverse and high-value tax litigation matters Hands-on experience in litigation advisory and compliance A growth-focused environment with mentorship and continuous learning Skills Direct Tax Litigation
