Raheja Universal is hiring a senior-level Facade professional to lead the design, engineering, and execution of facade systems across premium residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, vendor coordination experience, and a strong understanding of real estate project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead facade design and engineering for high-rise and luxury developments.
  • Review and approve facade drawings, materials, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants for design integration.
  • Evaluate and finalize facade vendors and systems based on performance, cost, and aesthetics.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and sustainability norms.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor facade installation and quality control.
  • Collaborate with the liaison team for statutory compliance and documentation.
  • Drive innovation in facade technologies and materials.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Architecture.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in facade design and execution, with real estate sector exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACP, glazing, and structural interface.
  • Experience in vendor management, technical evaluation, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
