Role Summary

The Facade Project Manager at Shreeji Facade System Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for managing end-to-end faade project executionfrom design coordination and material procurement to site installation and handover. The role involves close collaboration with clients, consultants, architects, and internal teams to ensure that all faade works are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of faade project execution, including design, fabrication, and installation.
  • Review and approve faade drawings, material submittals, mock-ups, and method statements.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and main contractors to resolve design or site-related issues.
  • Supervise site execution teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety requirements.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of materials and fabrication schedules.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant faade standards, building codes, and company quality policies.
  • Drive cost control, value engineering, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • 820 years of experience in faade or curtain wall project management, preferably within a faade contracting company.
  • Strong technical knowledge of aluminum, glass, ACP cladding, structural glazing, and related faade systems.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial or high-rise faade projects.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project (or Primavera), and MS Office tools.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes

  • Knowledge of faade performance testing standards (ASTM, EN, or BS).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
  • Experience in sustainable or energy-efficient faade systems.
  • Commitment to quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
