Job description:

· Strategic Market Expansion:

  • Ideate and execute sales plans to enhance market presence and drive sales across PVC film, PET film, and Custom Thermoforming segments.

  • Develop new market channels and optimize opportunities for custom thermoforming solutions in packaging converters, medical, and electronics industries in the international markets

· Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify and acquire new clients in emerging markets for Fresh Produce (fruits and vegetables) and Food Packaging.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.

· Sales Plan Execution & Market Analysis:

  • Develop tailored sales strategies to address client needs and drive new business.

  • Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.

· Industry Insight & Innovation:

  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging developments in plastic packaging, especially in international markets.

  • Leverage insights to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.

· Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor supply-demand dynamics, competitor pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive advantage.

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.

· Sales Forecasting & Goal Attainment:

  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and set ambitious yet achievable targets.

  • Implement strategies to ensure consistent attainment of sales targets and revenue goals.

· Lead Generation & New Business Acquisition:

  • Actively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert into new business opportunities.

Coordinate meetings and presentations to engage prospective clients and drive sales

Job Type: Full-time
