Job description:
· Strategic Market Expansion:
Ideate and execute sales plans to enhance market presence and drive sales across PVC film, PET film, and Custom Thermoforming segments.
Develop new market channels and optimize opportunities for custom thermoforming solutions in packaging converters, medical, and electronics industries in the international markets
· Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and acquire new clients in emerging markets for Fresh Produce (fruits and vegetables) and Food Packaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, logistics) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely delivery.
· Sales Plan Execution & Market Analysis:
Develop tailored sales strategies to address client needs and drive new business.
Conduct market analysis to track competitor activities, trends, and customer feedback, adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
· Industry Insight & Innovation:
Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and emerging developments in plastic packaging, especially in international markets.
Leverage insights to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.
· Market Intelligence & Reporting:
Monitor supply-demand dynamics, competitor pricing, and market trends to ensure competitive advantage.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence.
· Sales Forecasting & Goal Attainment:
Provide accurate sales forecasts and set ambitious yet achievable targets.
Implement strategies to ensure consistent attainment of sales targets and revenue goals.
· Lead Generation & New Business Acquisition:
- Actively generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and follow-ups to convert into new business opportunities.
Coordinate meetings and presentations to engage prospective clients and drive sales
