Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Export Executive to manage international trade operations, ensure compliance with government regulations, and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. The role requires excellent organizational skills, knowledge of customs clearance, shipping documentation, and the ability to handle import/export processes efficiently.

  • Coordinate and manage all import and export activities.
  • Prepare, verify, and manage shipping and customs documentation (Invoices, Packing List, Bill of Lading, COO, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with customs laws, export-import policies, and international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs agents, and government authorities.
  • Track shipments, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of imports, exports, and related costs.
  • Handle duty payments, licenses, and permits related to trade operations.

Job Type: Full-time
