Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to [the Director/CEO/Manager]. The ideal candidate will be efficient, discreet, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails on behalf of the employer.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodation.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate personal tasks and errands when necessary.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
- Track expenses and assist with basic budgeting or reimbursements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace tools.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
